About This Edition
- Closed sales are residential sales with a closing date in August 2026, grouped by BeachesMLS property subtype: single-family homes, and condos and townhomes. Other residential subtypes count toward the totals only.
- Month-over-month changes compare August 2026 with the month before. Year-over-year changes are compared with August 2025.
- Inventory, months of supply, luxury and waterfront counts and rents describe the market on the publication day, not on the last day of the month.
- Only sales recorded in BeachesMLS are counted. Where some agents in a county list with another multiple listing service, as happens on the Treasure Coast, the counts cover part of that county's market, so compare counties by their medians and direction more than by their totals.
- Medians are not averaged across counties, so the region is described by its totals and by each county's own medians.
