Every project here is a real one

BreakThru Realty helps buyers find a home in the right location that needs work, then coordinates the architects, designers and licensed contractors who turn it into the home they wanted. This page is where finished projects are published: the home as it was bought, what was changed and why, and the result. Projects are added as they are completed, and only real ones.

What a Project Page Shows

Each completed project gets its own page, told in the order it happened. It opens with the facts of the project: the city, the size of project, the style and the scope of work. Then the story: what the buyers were looking for, the homes they considered, why they chose this one, what the Potential Check found, the design, the construction and its surprises, and the finished home, with photographs taken before and after from the same positions, and the episode where the project was filmed.

Why This Page Starts Empty

The program is new, and a renovation takes as long as it takes. Until the first projects are finished there is nothing to show, and we would rather show nothing than show examples that are not ours. No stock photographs, no borrowed transformations and no illustrative budgets appear on this site. When the first project is complete and its owners have approved the page, it is published here.

What You Can Do Meanwhile

The parts of the program that do not depend on a finished project are all available now. You can read how the journey works, browse older homes in established neighborhoods, try the analyzer and the visualizer on a home you are considering, and ask for a Potential Check on a home you would buy. And if you would like your own project to be among the first published here, the series is casting.

How Projects Are Described

When projects are published, the same rules apply to each. Facts about the purchase are shown only with the owners’ agreement. The professionals who designed and built the project are named, because the work is theirs. Photographs are of the actual home. And the account includes what went wrong as well as what went right, since a renovation with no surprises would not be an honest one.

No project has been completed yet. The first season of BreakThru Dream Home Project is being cast, and each project is published here when its work is finished and its owners have approved the page. Apply to be featured.

Why are there no projects on this page yet?
Because the program is new and no project has been completed yet. Projects are published only when the work is finished and the owners have approved the page, and nothing here is a staged or borrowed example.
Can my project be featured here?
Yes, if you take part in the program and choose to. Apply through the series page; participation is optional and nothing is published without your written approval.
Will project pages show what the renovation cost?
Only where the owners agree to share it. Costs differ with every house and every plan, so a figure from one project is context, not a quote for another.
Who does the work shown in the projects?
Licensed, insured professionals chosen by the homeowners: architects, designers, engineers and contractors, each named on the project’s page. BreakThru Realty finds the home and coordinates the journey.

BreakThru Realty is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Design and construction are performed by licensed, insured professionals you choose, under your own agreements with them.
