Who the Division Serves

Owners and buyers of luxury homes and condominiums, renters looking for a furnished or seasonal residence, and private clients whose purchase or sale has to be handled quietly: athletes changing teams, entertainers, executives and the advisers and family offices that act for them.

How the Work Is Done

A luxury sale is planned before it is listed: the pricing from the closest true comparables, the presentation, the private showings and the marketing are agreed in writing. A private client engagement can start without a name on the file, with showings and documents arranged through the client's representative, and nothing about the client is published or shared without permission.

Who Is Accountable

Every transaction in the division is handled by a licensed BreakThru Realty agent and supervised by Tyson E. Sam, founder and broker of record of BreakThru Realty (Florida license 3565210), so there is always a named, licensed person answerable for your file.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as luxury?
It depends on the city: the price at which a home is in the top of its market. In most of South Florida that starts around one million dollars, and higher in the coastal cities. Each city's luxury page names its own threshold.
Can a sale be kept private?
Yes. A luxury home can be marketed privately to qualified buyers before, or instead of, a public listing, and a private client can buy without their name on the showings. The trade-offs of a private sale are explained before you choose it.
Do you work with athletes' agents and advisers?
Yes. Many private client engagements are run through the client's agent, business manager or family office, with the client involved only for the decisions that need them.
Do you handle seasonal rentals?
Yes, for renters looking for a furnished winter or seasonal residence, and for owners who want to lease a luxury home for the season or the year. Condo and HOA leasing rules are checked first.
