Real Estate Team Opportunities at BreakThru Realty

A team leader's problems are different from a solo agent's: keeping the members fed with business, keeping the brand consistent, and keeping the compliance clean while doing it.

Your Team, Your Brand

Teams keep their name, their structure and their internal agreements. The Brand Kit holds the team's identity so every member's flyers, videos and social posts match, and Florida's advertising rules on team names and the brokerage name are built into the templates rather than left to each member to remember.

Feeding the Team

Website inquiries can be routed to a team for the areas it works, and the team leader decides how they are distributed internally. The CRM shows who has been contacted and who has not, which is the question every team leader asks on Monday morning.

Training Your People

The BreakThru Academy gives your newer members a structured path so you are not teaching the as-is contract from scratch every time you hire. You see their progress. Live classes and broker support are available to everyone on the team.

Starting a Team Here

Agents who want to build a team from inside BreakThru can do it in steps: a first licensed assistant or buyer's agent, shared CRM access, then a brand. We talk through the economics and the compliance before you hire anyone.

A Private Conversation First

Moving a team is a bigger decision than moving one license, and it is handled quietly. Commission structure, fees and how leads are shared are covered in the confidential conversation, in writing, before you decide anything.

Schedule a Confidential Conversation

Tell us your licence status, how long you have been licensed, the market you work, whether you want residential, commercial or business brokerage, and what you want from your next brokerage. Our broker reads every application personally and replies within one business day. Your inquiry is confidential and we never contact your current brokerage. Prefer to talk now? Call (786) 914-1017.

Questions Agents Ask

Can my team keep its name?
Yes, within Florida's rules for team advertising, which require the brokerage's registered name to appear and restrict certain words in team names. The templates in the portal are set up to comply.
How does BreakThru generate leads?
Mostly from its own website. BreakThru publishes live-MLS pages for cities, neighborhoods, condo buildings, ZIP codes, price ranges and lifestyle searches across South Florida, along with housing market reports, home value pages, a guaranteed cash offer program and listing alerts. Each page has an action that matches the search, so an inquiry arrives already labeled as a buyer, seller, investor or renter, with the area and the interest attached. Inquiries are routed to licensed, active agents and tracked against a first-response clock.
What does BreakThru provide its agents?
A single workspace instead of a stack of subscriptions: a CRM for leads, clients, listings and transactions; a lead queue that routes website inquiries to agents; Marketing Studio, Flyer Studio, Video Studio and a social publishing hub for listing and personal marketing; a forms library with e-signature; an open house sign-in tool; the BreakThru Academy for training; and an AI Assistant that drafts, summarizes and answers questions inside the same portal. Broker support and transaction support sit behind all of it.
What about my team members' pending deals?
The same rule applies to every member: pendings and listings belong to the brokerage that holds them, and the outgoing agreement governs what is paid and released. We plan a team move around the closing calendar.
Is BreakThru hiring team leaders?
Yes. Team Leader is an open role for experienced agents who want to recruit, coach and grow a team of productive agents inside the brokerage, whether or not they have a team today. The role has its own page and application.
