BreakThru Realty is adding licensed real estate agents in Broward County. You work buyers, sellers, investors and renters in the parts of the county you know, with inquiries from the BreakThru website routed to you by area, and the brokerage's agent portal, marketing studios, training and broker behind you.

Broward is a waterfront and condominium market on its east side, with the yachting neighborhoods of Fort Lauderdale, the canals of Pompano Beach and Lighthouse Point and the towers along the beach, and a family-home market to the west in Weston, Davie, Plantation, Coral Springs, Parkland and Pembroke Pines. An agent here needs to be fluent in dockage and bridge clearance on one side of the county and in school zones and homeowners' associations on the other.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to buyer, seller, investor and rental inquiries routed to you, within the brokerage's response target
  • Run buyer consultations, show property, write and negotiate offers
  • Price, list and market homes using the brokerage's marketing studios
  • Keep every lead, client and transaction current in the CRM
  • Follow Florida license law, fair housing law and brokerage policy

Qualifications

  • An active Florida real estate sales associate or broker associate license, or a passed state exam ready to activate
  • Knowledge of the area you want to work
  • Reliable transport, a smartphone and the habit of answering it
  • New and experienced agents are both considered

Compensation and Arrangement

Real estate agents at BreakThru Realty are independent contractors paid by commission, not salary or hourly wage. The commission structure and any fees are given to you in writing before you join, and are discussed in the confidential conversation. There is no cost to apply.
