Luxury Real Estate Agent Careers in South Florida

Compete for Higher Value Listings With Material a Seller Can Read Before the Appointment.

A luxury owner rarely chooses the agent with the longest list of sales. They choose the one who can explain their building, their waterfront and their likely buyer, and show exactly how the property will be presented. The question is whether your brokerage gives you that material or leaves you to build it alone.

Your first step: Personal Agent Growth Plan

Start With a Personal Growth Plan

A brokerage should show you more than a split, and it should show you the split too. BreakThru publishes its plans: 75% or 90% of the commission on the business you generate, 50/50 on leads the brokerage provides. Before you decide anything, see how training, technology, lead opportunities and expectations would work for you specifically, new, experienced, commercial or business broker.

What you receive

  • Your plan confirmed in writing, Standard or Elite, with the full Schedule A
  • The training and the systems you would use from day one, with the agent portal shown rather than described
  • How leads and referrals reach agents here, and what is expected in return
  • A plan for your first ninety days at BreakThru
  • A confidential conversation with the broker, with no notice to your current brokerage

What happens next

  1. Tell us where you are in your career and what you want next.
  2. The broker reviews it and prepares your conversation.
  3. We reply within one business day to schedule it, confidentially.
  4. You decide. There is no pressure to move.

Confidential. Nothing is said to your current brokerage, and nothing is promised that is not written down.

What a Luxury Seller Wants to See

Before signing, the owner of a high value home or penthouse wants to know who the buyer is likely to be, where that buyer searches and how the property will be shown to them. BreakThru publishes pages a seller can read before your appointment: the South Florida luxury section, penthouse pages by building and neighborhood, luxury price change pages and a guide for owners selling a home over one million dollars. You bring them as evidence of how the brokerage presents property at that level.

Buyers From Other States and Other Countries

South Florida luxury buyers often begin their search in another state or another country. BreakThru publishes pages for second home buyers from New York, New Jersey and California, relocation pages for buyers moving to Florida, and pages for international buyers, with Spanish, Portuguese and French versions of the site. An inquiry from those pages reaches the CRM with the buyer's origin and the page they read, so your first call starts with their situation.

New Developments and Preconstruction

The New Developments section covers new condominium and home communities across Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, with pages buyers use to compare them. Where BreakThru has no agreement with a developer, you represent the buyer, which is often what a preconstruction buyer needs most. Any developer arrangement is named in writing, and only where it actually exists.

Luxury Rentals Between Sales

Many luxury owners lease before they sell, or lease for the season. BreakThru has pages for owners leasing a luxury home, seasonal leasing and luxury rent value, plus a check of the renters already working with the brokerage. An agent who handles the lease well is usually the one the owner calls when it is time to sell.

Your Name on the Work

Your Brand Kit holds your logo, photograph, colors and voice, and every flyer, listing video and social post is produced in your brand beside the brokerage's. Your profile page on the BreakThru site carries your listings and closed sales. For clients who need discretion, BreakThru Private Client handles confidential buying, selling and leasing for public figures and their representatives.

A Confidential Conversation First

The plans are the same at every price: 90% of your own commission on Elite applies to a $4 million sale as it does to a $400,000 one. Request a confidential conversation and tell us the buildings, neighborhoods and price ranges you work, and what would help you win more of those listings. The commission plans and transaction fees are published on this page. The full Schedule A and the remaining terms are reviewed with you directly and put in writing before you decide anything. Your current brokerage is never contacted, and nothing is announced until you decide.

Questions you may be asking

Will my current broker find out?
No. The conversation is confidential, and we do not contact anyone at your brokerage.
I am brand new.
The new agent program is written for that: training, a mentor, the systems and the first transactions, with the expectations set out before you join.
What is the split?
75% to you on the Standard plan or 90% on the Elite plan for leads you generate, and 50/50 on leads the brokerage provides. The transaction fee per side and the lease schedule are in the plans table on every recruiting page, and the full Schedule A is reviewed with you directly before you decide.

Questions Agents Ask

Do I need luxury experience to join BreakThru as a luxury agent?
No published threshold applies. What matters is whether you can serve a high value client well: pricing from closed sales in their building or street, presenting the property properly and handling a discreet negotiation. We talk through your record and the segment you want to work in the confidential conversation.
Does BreakThru represent the developers of new projects?
Only where a written agreement with the developer exists, and you will be told plainly which projects, if any, that covers. Otherwise BreakThru publishes information on new developments across South Florida so buyers can compare them, and you represent the buyer.
Can I keep my own luxury brand?
Yes. Your name, your brand and your client relationships stay yours. Florida advertising rules require the brokerage's registered name to appear, and the templates in the portal are set up to include it alongside your brand.
How does BreakThru generate leads?
Mostly from its own website. BreakThru publishes live MLS pages for cities, neighborhoods, condo buildings, ZIP codes, price ranges and lifestyle searches across South Florida, along with housing market reports, home value pages, a guaranteed cash offer program and listing alerts. Each page has an action that matches the search, so an inquiry arrives already labeled as a buyer, seller, investor or renter, with the area and the interest attached. Inquiries are routed to licensed, active agents and tracked against a first response clock.
