Real Estate Agent Careers at BreakThru Realty
A brokerage career is only as good as three things: where your next client comes from, how much of your week goes to work that is not selling, and who picks up the phone when a contract gets difficult.
Where the Clients Come From
BreakThru's website is built as a lead source, not a brochure. It carries live-MLS pages for South Florida cities, neighborhoods, condo buildings and ZIP codes, market reports, home value pages and listing alerts, and every page asks for the action that fits the search. Inquiries arrive labeled as buyer, seller, investor or renter with the area attached, and are routed to licensed, active agents. You also keep and grow your own sphere, with marketing tools that make that easier.
What Is Taken Off Your Plate
The agent portal replaces the usual stack of separate subscriptions: CRM, lead queue, forms with e-signature, open house sign-in, flyers, listing video, social posts, a comparative market analysis tool and an AI Assistant that drafts emails, listing descriptions and follow-ups. Transaction support carries a file from contract to close. The point is simple: fewer hours on production work, more on appointments.
Who You Can Call
Every agent has a broker to call about a contract, a counteroffer, an inspection dispute or a difficult client. New agents get contract review before documents go out. Experienced agents get a second opinion when they want one and are otherwise left to run their business.
Residential, Luxury, Commercial and Business Brokerage
Most agents start in residential sales and rentals. From there BreakThru has a luxury division, a commercial real estate marketplace and a business brokerage program, so an agent who wants to add a specialty does not have to change brokerages to do it.
How Joining Works
A confidential conversation first, by phone or video, with no obligation. If it looks like a fit, you meet the broker, see the portal, and receive the terms in writing. Commission structure, fees and how leads are shared are covered in the confidential conversation, in writing, before you decide anything. Your current brokerage is never contacted.
Schedule a Confidential Conversation
Tell us your licence status, how long you have been licensed, the market you work, whether you want residential, commercial or business brokerage, and what you want from your next brokerage. Our broker reads every application personally and replies within one business day. Your inquiry is confidential and we never contact your current brokerage. Prefer to talk now? Call (786) 914-1017.
Questions Agents Ask
- What does BreakThru provide its agents?
- A single workspace instead of a stack of subscriptions: a CRM for leads, clients, listings and transactions; a lead queue that routes website inquiries to agents; Marketing Studio, Flyer Studio, Video Studio and a social publishing hub for listing and personal marketing; a forms library with e-signature; an open house sign-in tool; the BreakThru Academy for training; and an AI Assistant that drafts, summarizes and answers questions inside the same portal. Broker support and transaction support sit behind all of it.
- How does BreakThru generate leads?
- Mostly from its own website. BreakThru publishes live-MLS pages for cities, neighborhoods, condo buildings, ZIP codes, price ranges and lifestyle searches across South Florida, along with housing market reports, home value pages, a guaranteed cash offer program and listing alerts. Each page has an action that matches the search, so an inquiry arrives already labeled as a buyer, seller, investor or renter, with the area and the interest attached. Inquiries are routed to licensed, active agents and tracked against a first-response clock.
- Does BreakThru accept new agents?
- Yes. Newly licensed Florida sales associates are welcome and start on a structured path: Academy coursework, shadowing, supervised first transactions and a broker who reviews contracts before they go out. If you have passed the state exam but have not yet activated your license, we can explain how activation under a broker works.
- Do I need to work full time?
- No, but be realistic. Website leads are routed to agents who respond quickly, and clients expect availability. Part-time agents do well when they are clear about their hours and use the portal to keep follow-up from slipping. We talk through what your week actually looks like before you join.
