Boca Raton Realtor Careers at BreakThru Realty

In Boca Raton the club can matter as much as the house: equity or nonequity membership, initiation fees and waiting lists shape what a buyer can afford and what a seller can ask. Here is what working Boca Raton looks like at BreakThru, the local pages that bring inquiries, and how to start.

Working Boca Raton

Boca Raton sits in Palm Beach County. Palm Beach County runs from the country clubs of Boca Raton and Delray Beach through West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens to Jupiter, with the island of Palm Beach at the top of the price range and the equestrian community of Wellington inland. Club membership terms, 55 plus communities and the winter season shape the calendar; an agent who understands equity memberships and seasonal rentals is worth more here than anywhere else in South Florida.

BreakThru's Boca Raton Pages

The BreakThru website has a Boca Raton real estate guide with live MLS listings, a Boca Raton housing market report, a sell page, home value and cost to sell pages, recently sold homes and pages for 31 Boca Raton neighborhoods, including Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, The Sanctuary, Boca Harbour, Spanish River Land, Old Floresta and Camino Gardens. Buyers sign up for new listing alerts on those pages and owners ask for valuations on them. Those inquiries go to agents who work Boca Raton.

What You Work With

One agent portal: a CRM, a lead queue with a response clock, an AI Assistant, Marketing Studio, Flyer Studio, Video Studio, a social publishing hub, a forms library with electronic signature, an open house tool, the BreakThru Academy, and your own agent page on the website showing your listings and closed sales.

Listing in Boca Raton

When you take a listing, it gets its own page on a site that already ranks pages for Boca Raton searches, a video made from the photographs, flyers and social posts in your brand, and an open house tool that puts visitors into your CRM. The Boca Raton seller pages give you street level material for the listing presentation.

How to Start

A confidential conversation by phone or video, with no obligation and nothing announced. We ask where you are now, what you want your next year to look like, and what is getting in the way of it. If it looks like a fit you meet the broker, see the agent portal working rather than described, choose your plan from the published commission schedule and receive the full terms in writing before you decide anything. Your current brokerage is never contacted.

Questions Agents Ask

Is BreakThru Realty hiring real estate agents in Boca Raton?
Yes. BreakThru Realty is adding licensed Florida sales associates and broker associates in Boca Raton, new or experienced, who work or want to work Palm Beach County. Start with a confidential conversation; your current brokerage is never contacted.
Do I need to live in Boca Raton to work there with BreakThru?
No, but you need to know it. Inquiries are routed by area to agents who work that area, because a buyer asking about a specific neighborhood can tell within a minute whether the agent has ever been there.
What are BreakThru Realty's commission splits?
They are published. On a lead the brokerage generates or refers, the commission is split 50% to you and 50% to the brokerage on every plan. On a lead you generate, you keep 75% on the Standard plan or 90% on the Elite plan. A newly licensed associate the broker places on Broker Supervised keeps 50% of every commission while the broker works each deal alongside them. The transaction fee is $199 per side on Standard and Broker Supervised and $299 per side on Elite. Leases pay 85% on a lease you generate and 50% on one the brokerage provides, with a $99 fee per side. The optional technology package is $25 a month. The full Schedule A is reviewed with you directly and given in writing before you decide.
How does BreakThru generate leads?
Mostly from its own website. BreakThru publishes live MLS pages for cities, neighborhoods, condo buildings, ZIP codes, price ranges and lifestyle searches across South Florida, along with housing market reports, home value pages, a guaranteed cash offer program and listing alerts. Each page has an action that matches the search, so an inquiry arrives already labeled as a buyer, seller, investor or renter, with the area and the interest attached. Inquiries are routed to licensed, active agents and tracked against a first response clock.
Does BreakThru accept new agents?
Yes. Newly licensed Florida sales associates are welcome and start on a structured path: Academy coursework, shadowing, supervised first transactions and a broker who reviews contracts before they go out. If you have passed the state exam but have not yet activated your license, we can explain how activation under a broker works.
