In the suburbs, communities such as Trail Run and Summer Grove in Westchester, Kendale Lakes West and North, the gated Calusa Point and the sections of The Hammocks offer townhomes with a patio and shared pools. The suburban ones carry an association that approves tenants and maintains the grounds, while the infill townhomes usually have a small association or none. Ask whether the garage or driveway is your only parking, since guest parking is tight on the infill streets.
