Each card shows the rent the lease closed at, the date it closed, the rent per square foot where the home reports its size, the days it sat on the market and what share of the asking rent it achieved. A figure over 100% means the home leased above its asking rent; under 100% means the owner took less than they asked. A lease quoted as a season or a one-time total is labelled that way rather than shown as a monthly rent, because the two are not comparable.
