Condos for rent in Brickell are owner-leased units in towers from the older bayfront buildings on Brickell Avenue, such as Four Ambassadors and Villa Regina, through Icon Brickell, Infinity at Brickell and The Metropolitan, to the newer towers around Brickell City Centre, including Brickell Heights, SLS Lux and Brickell Flatiron, and the Brickell Key towers. Each association approves the tenant, charges an application fee and sets a minimum lease term, and some limit how often a unit can be leased. Compare units by floor, line, exposure and parking as closely as by rent. Ask whether a milestone inspection or special assessment is under way in an older tower, because construction can close the pool deck for months of a Brickell lease.
