Admirals Cove and Jonathan's Landing keep deep-water slips behind the houses with no fixed bridge between them and the Jupiter Inlet, which is why a large boat lives on that side of town. Jupiter Harbour puts slips at a marina near the lighthouse and Harbourside Place. On the Loxahatchee River, in Jupiter River Estates and at Pennock Point, the docks are private and the run to the inlet is short, though some routes pass under a fixed bridge that decides what fits. Confirm the clearance, the depth at low tide and the permit history before you buy, and look hard at the seawall, which belongs to the owner.
