Harbor Village is a gated community in the Waterways area of Aventura, made up of townhome and villa associations built from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s: Costain Villas, with one-level villas and two-story townhomes; Marina Cove, with three-story townhomes, some looking over the canal; and La Mirage. The Waterways Marina and its shops are a short walk from some homes. It is one of the few places in the city to own a home with its own front door, and each section sets its own association fee, so compare them before you choose.
