The lakes and waterways run through the Isles at Weston, Savanna, The Ridges, Weston Hills and Windmill Ranch Estates, and a lot on the water is the premium position on most streets. Tenants rent them for the open view and the absence of a rear neighbor rather than for a dock, and most sections restrict what may go on the water to a paddle craft at most. Ask the association what it allows on the bank and whether the water level changes in the rainy season, because a low lot in Weston can lose part of its yard in a wet summer.
