Atlantis has two rental calendars. Association approval is part of most condominium and villa rentals in Atlantis. A house without an association needs only the owner's approval, subject to the city's rules. Allow for a board that meets monthly, and ask the owner to start the Atlantis application as soon as terms are agreed.
Deposits and move-in costs
Move in costs on an Atlantis rental depend on the term.
