The developer describes a three story lobby with ocean views and a lobby bar and restaurant behind floor to ceiling windows. Dezeen reports that the lobby columns are wood veined with copper dust, a technique Bentley used on a concept car, and that the diamond pattern of the facade repeats in the lobby floor tiles. Beyond the lobby is the oceanfront pool deck, with a heated pool, a spa and food and beverage service, and beach service with attendants, chaise lounges and umbrellas. Mezzanine Level

The developer places a lounge and whiskey bar and a private dining room for 16 on the mezzanine, and the mezzanine video also shows the kids' club and the game room, where the developer lists golf and racing simulators and virtual reality stations. A cigar lounge with a pool table and a cinema for 14 complete the social rooms; Dezeen reports the cinema is designed to resemble the inside of a Bentley.

The developer lists a fitness center facing the ocean with an outdoor terrace of equipment, an outdoor yoga studio, a spa with single and couples treatment rooms, dressing rooms with lockers, showers, steam and sauna, and an oceanfront beauty salon with hair, manicure and pedicure stations.
