Regency Highland Club is a 1976 tower on the Intracoastal side of South Ocean Boulevard whose residences look across the waterway, a nature preserve and back toward the ocean, with a small group of mid-rise units along the water as well. What sets it apart in Highland Beach is the marina: a limited number of private boat slips with lifts convey with certain units, and the run to the Boca Inlet passes only opening bridges.
