Dezer Development introduced its patented car elevator, the Dezervator, at Porsche Design Tower, where it parks a resident's car in a sky garage next to the residence. At Bentley Residences the garage moves inside the home, behind a glass wall from the living room, and holds three or four cars, up to seven in a penthouse. The plunge pool on the balcony at Porsche Design Tower becomes a heated pool with a raised sundeck and a summer kitchen on every Bentley balcony.

A Finished Tower or a Contract

At Porsche Design Tower you walk through the residence you are buying, read an association budget with years of history behind it, and close in weeks. At Bentley Residences you choose from plans and renderings, pay deposits in stages and wait for a delivery reported in July 2026 for 2028, with the protections Florida law gives a buyer from a developer, including 15 days to cancel after signing and receiving the documents. Some buyers want the finished home they can see; others want a new residence on the floor and plan they chose.

The Other Branded Towers on Collins Avenue

Residences by Armani/Casa, also developed by Dezer, with The Related Group, is a finished 60 story tower of 308 residences designed by César Pelli with interiors by the Armani/Casa design studio. Turnberry Ocean Club stands at 18501 Collins Avenue, between Bentley Residences and Porsche Design Tower. The Estates at Acqualina, at 17901 and 17975 Collins Avenue, is the newest of the three Acqualina buildings. St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach, at 18805 Collins Avenue, is another tower sold before completion; the MLS gives 2030 as its delivery year.
