Islands at Doral is a group of gated villages built mostly from 2004 to 2012, with a shared clubhouse. Windward, Leeward, Polynesian, Netherlands, Mediterranean, Santorini, Antilles at Islands at Doral and St. Moritz are mostly two-story townhomes and coach homes with three to five bedrooms, many of them facing the lakes; the Northwest and Madeira sections add single-family homes, and Promenade Shores, St. Moritz at Doral and The Grand at Doral, completed in 2022, add condominiums. Several sections are platted as Doral Isles North, which is the name you will see on a title report.
